There’s lots of paperwork to get through and loads of work but we are on track… and very, very excited…

So, why unique in the North West ?
We will have a large beautiful sounding interconnecting spaces ( live rooms ) - This is our priority for that ‘Drum’, “Choir”, “Live Band”, “Acoustic & Orchestral” SOUND.
Live A = 14.5x10.9x7.8m, B=9.4x5x7.5m, C=5.9x6.1x8.5m, and D=5.3x4.8x3m ( podcast / writing suite ) + Spire Vocal / Mic room.
It will be a special creative space that allows freedom for experimentation.
We will have a large control room ( at least 18 ft x 23 ft x 11 ft ) with mic pres, eq and compression from the best flavours around, including our gorgeous high spec STUDER 189 MK II class A discrete console.
We will have a great selection of Amps and Mics, THE GOOD STUFF ! - We are proudly connected to a large Guitar franchise and have professional musicians avail incl one of our engineer / Pro drummers on hand !
We will have a Synth Room with vintage and top quality modern synths ( some will be for sale, and stock will revolve ).
We will provide a custom synth restoration service.
We will have a professional podcast and voice over suite.
We will provide remote MIDI to AUDIO worldwide.
We will provide MIXING worldwide.
We will provide Analog Summing worldwide.
We will have a kitchen and chill-out area and a beautiful bathroom / shower.
We will have a killer vocal room as well as multiple areas to record, for vocals including choirs / backing.
We will be putting back into the community with schools and Colleges sessions for FREE.
Everyone, from beginners to signed artists / record companies will be welcome.
We will share our passion with you daily.
We will enjoy time with you.
We will provide the Live space as rehearsal space.
We will stream live your rehearsals with us.
We will film / edit and post the highlights of your recording sessions with us.
We will be attractively priced and affordable.
We will keep music and especially recording alive !
We will have on site passionate producers and engineers.
You can bring your own producer or engineer and we’ll make the Tea !!
